Terms of service
These cover the website. The work itself is covered by whatever we sign with you — and if the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Terms of service
1. Who you are agreeing with
This website is operated by Snackable LLC (“Snackable”, “we”, “us”), working out of Sarasota, Florida, United States. Snackable LLC is registered in Wyoming, with a registered address of 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
3. What this site is
It describes our services and lets you ask us about them. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or a commitment to take you on as a client. Review removal is priced at US$500 per review, payable only if the platform removes the review. Other prices shown are indicative ranges for planning purposes, not fixed fees. Submitting a form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract and does not oblige us to act.
Any engagement begins only when we and you sign a written agreement setting out the scope, fees and term. That agreement governs the work. Where it conflicts with anything on this site, the agreement controls.
4. What we do not promise
This matters more in our line of work than in most, so it is stated plainly.
- We do not guarantee editorial coverage. Journalists, producers and editors decide independently what they publish or broadcast. We pitch; we do not control the outcome, and coverage cannot be bought from us.
- We do not guarantee that any review, post, listing or search result will be removed, suppressed or re-ranked. Those decisions belong to the platforms and search engines that host the content, under their own policies. We prepare and file the strongest case the facts support; the platform decides.
- We do not guarantee any particular reach, ranking, follower count, engagement rate, placement volume, star rating or revenue outcome. Any figures, timelines, case studies or results shown on this site are illustrative of past or typical work and are not a prediction or warranty of your results.
- We will not do anything that breaks a platform’s rules on your behalf — no fake reviews, no purchased engagement, no undisclosed paid posts, no manipulation of review systems. If that is what you want, we are the wrong agency.
5. Not legal advice
We are not a law firm and nothing on this site or in our work is legal advice. Reputation, defamation, privacy and record-sealing matters often have legal dimensions. Where yours does, take advice from a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction. No attorney–client relationship arises from using this site or engaging us.
6. What you send us
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to share it. Do not submit anyone else’s personal information without a proper basis for doing so, and do not send confidential material through a web form before we have an agreement in place.
By submitting material you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it for the purpose of assessing and responding to your enquiry. You keep ownership of it. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
7. Our content
The text, design, code, graphics and other material on this site belong to Snackable LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You may view and share pages for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell or build a derivative work from the site without our written permission.
Third-party names, platforms and outlets referred to on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Naming them does not imply any partnership with, endorsement by, or affiliation with them.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including under someone else’s identity;
- send automated traffic, scrape it systematically, or attempt to overwhelm it;
- probe, scan or try to gain unauthorised access to any part of it; or
- transmit malware or anything else harmful.
9. Third-party links
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content, accuracy or privacy practices. Visiting it is at your own risk.
10. Availability
We make no promise that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of content.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snackable LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or connected with your use of this site — even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or connected with your use of this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Liability for client work is dealt with in the signed agreement for that work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Snackable LLC harmless against any claim, loss, liability or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or material you submit that infringes someone else’s rights.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
16. General
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the whole of our agreement regarding this website.
