Public relations
From unlisted to on‑air.
Seven rungs. Each one a real, verifiable asset — starting with a Crunchbase profile and ending with you in a studio chair on business television.
The problem
Someone is searching your name right now.
An investor before a call. A journalist before a booking. A customer before a contract. What they find in the next eleven seconds decides how the rest of that relationship goes.
You are not a searchable entity
No Crunchbase record, no Knowledge Panel, no structured data. To Google you are a string of characters, not a person or a company.
Your best work is undocumented
The raise happened. The product shipped. The tour sold out. None of it exists anywhere a stranger can verify it in one search.
Competitors are quoted, you are not
The reporters covering your category already have a rolodex. You are not in it, so you never get the call — and the narrative gets set without you.
The visibility ladder
Seven stages. In this order, for a reason.
Nobody books a founder for live television when their name returns nothing on Google. Credibility compounds: each rung is the evidence that makes the next one bookable.
-
Stage 01
Foundation
Internet visibility & Crunchbase
Before anything is pitched, you have to exist in the databases that journalists, investors and Google itself treat as canonical. We build the record and make sure it agrees with itself everywhere.
- Crunchbase profile built, verified and maintained — funding, team, press tab
- Consistent founder and company bios across LinkedIn, About pages and speaker profiles
- Structured data and entity clean-up so every mention points at one identity
- Authoritative profile placements: MuckRack, Owler, industry directories
-
Stage 02
Authority
Google Knowledge Panel
The box on the right-hand side of your search results. It is not something you buy — it is something Google grants when enough trusted sources describe you the same way. We engineer that agreement.
- Entity-home setup and schema markup on your primary domain
- Wikidata entry, sourced and referenced to independent coverage
- Corroborating citations across databases, publications and knowledge bases
- Panel claim, verification and ongoing accuracy corrections
-
Stage 03
Brand
Online branding & social build
A journalist who is considering you will open your profiles before they reply. Those profiles have to look like someone worth quoting — and sound like you, not like an agency.
- Positioning and message architecture: the three things you are known for
- Profile design, bios and pinned-post strategy across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
- Founder ghost-posting: short-form scripts, hooks and a publishing cadence
- A media kit and press page a booker can use without emailing you first
-
Stage 04
Earned media
Press coverage in notable publications
Real pitches to real desks. We build the story first, then take it to the reporters who already cover that beat — with data, access and a reason it matters this week.
- Story development: news hooks, proprietary data, founder point of view
- Targeted media list by beat, not by blast — typically 40–120 named journalists
- Pitching, follow-up and interview prep with a written brief before every call
- Contributed columns and expert commentary in trade and national outlets
- Coverage report with links, reach and search impact
-
Stage 05
Cultural moment
Trend your keyword on X
A trend is a coordination problem, not a luck problem. We assemble the accounts, the creative and the ninety-minute window — and we time it to something that is already happening.
- Keyword and hashtag selection based on live competition, not vanity
- Creator and community activation across a briefed participant network
- Content pack: posts, replies, quote-posts and assets for every participant
- Launch-window execution with live monitoring and mid-flight adjustment
- Post-trend capture: press follow-through while the topic is still warm
-
Stage 06
Audio
Trend your music or podcast
Release weeks are won before release day. We build the seeding, the editorial pitch and the short-form engine that gets a track or an episode in front of people who will finish it.
- Release runway: teaser cadence, sound seeding and creator briefs on TikTok, Reels and Shorts
- Editorial and playlist pitching, plus podcast directory and network outreach
- Guest booking — you on the right shows, the right guests on yours
- Music and audio press: reviews, premieres and interview placements
- Chart and analytics reporting across streaming platforms
-
Stage 07
Broadcast
Live television interviews
The top rung. Bookers need three things: a timely angle, a guest who has been on camera before, and evidence you are who you say you are. Stages one through six are how you get all three.
- Segment development pitched to producers at business and news networks
- Booking outreach — FOX Business, CNBC, Bloomberg, Cheddar, regional affiliates and syndicated shows
- On-camera media training: soundbites, bridging, hostile-question drills
- Studio or remote-kit logistics, run-of-show and same-day talking points
- Clip licensing and repurposing so one hit becomes a quarter of content
Most clients enter at stage one or two. You do not pay for rungs you already own.
Where we pitch
The desks we actually know.
Business, tech, culture and broadcast. We pitch these outlets because we have relationships on the beat — not because the logo looks good on a deck.
FOX Business
CNBC
Bloomberg
Forbes
Business Insider
TechCrunch
Fast Company
Inc.
Entrepreneur
Rolling Stone
Billboard
Variety
The Drum
Cheddar
Regional affiliates
Earned media is earned. We pitch, prepare and place — but no agency can guarantee that an independent editor or producer will run a story, and any agency that does is selling you something else.

Questions
Before you send the RFP.
No, and neither can anyone else. Editorial decisions belong to editors. What we guarantee is the work: a defined number of pitches to named journalists, a written story angle, prepared spokespeople and a report showing exactly who was contacted and what came back. Paid placements are labelled as paid, always.
Typically eight to sixteen weeks, and it depends on how much independent coverage already exists about you. Google grants panels to entities it can corroborate, so the honest answer is that stage four often has to happen before stage two finishes. We sequence both in parallel.
No. The audit tells us which rungs you already own. If you have coverage but no entity, we start at stage two. If you have both but no broadcast history, we go straight to segment development. You are never billed for work that is already done.
A keyword or phrase appearing in the trends list for a chosen market and window. We do it with briefed real accounts and creator partners posting disclosed content — not bots or purchased engagement, which platforms detect and which puts your account at risk. Results depend on the competition in that window, which is why we brief you on the realistic odds before we run one.
The people you meet in the pitch. Snackable is founder-run, so there is no account-management layer and no junior team you have not met. You get a named contact and a shared tracker on day one.
Send us the goal. We will send back the ladder.
