Google review removals
We assess each review against Google’s prohibited-content policy, file the report with evidence, and escalate through business support when the first pass fails. You get the case reference for every filing.
Reputation management
Online reputation management for people and businesses: review removal and review management, forum and mugshot takedowns, Google Business Profile work and page-one search suppression. Run from Sarasota, Florida, filed properly and documented completely.
The stakes
The job you did not get an interview for. The vendor who went quiet. The patient who booked somewhere else. Nobody sends an email explaining that they read result number four.
A single one-star review from a competitor, an ex-employee or a person who was never a customer — sitting at the top of your profile, quoted in your snippet.
A dismissed charge, an expunged case, a mugshot syndicated across a dozen aggregator sites that exist purely to rank for your name.
A Reddit post, a forum thread or a complaint-board entry outranking your own website — and every attempt to respond has made it rank higher.
What changes
Removal where a policy or a law supports it. Suppression, with genuinely useful owned assets, where it does not.

Illustrative example. Removals depend on the host’s policy and the facts of the case; suppression depends on the strength of the assets we can build. We tell you which of the two applies to each result before you sign anything.
Who we do this for
Executives, physicians, attorneys, candidates and private individuals whose search results are being read as a background check.
Clinics, franchises, hospitality groups, professional services and e-commerce brands where the rating is the conversion rate.
Capabilities
Only need reviews taken down? That has its own route — send the link to your profile and get a free, per-review verdict back.
We assess each review against Google’s prohibited-content policy, file the report with evidence, and escalate through business support when the first pass fails. You get the case reference for every filing.
Flagging fake and non-transactional reviews with order-level evidence, managing right-of-reply, and setting up invitation flows that stay inside Trustpilot’s guidelines.
Doxxing, harassment, impersonation and defamation reports filed with moderators, subreddit teams and Reddit’s own trust and safety process — plus de-indexing requests where removal is not possible.
Removal requests to publisher networks, de-indexing petitions to search engines, and escalation under state anti-mugshot statutes where your jurisdiction provides one.
Claiming and verification, suspension and reinstatement appeals, category and attribute strategy, photo and post cadence, and Q&A moderation across every location.
When a result cannot be removed, it can be outranked. Owned properties, earned press, structured profiles and interlinked content built specifically to occupy the first ten results.
Compliant request flows at the point of service — QR, SMS and email — so genuine happy customers outvote the outlier. No incentives, no gating, no purchased reviews.
Daily tracking of your name, brand and executives across search, review platforms, social and forums — with an alert to a human on our side, not just an email to you.
Review-bombing, a viral thread, a story about to run. A named responder, a holding statement and a platform-escalation path inside four hours — including nights and weekends.
The method
A 48-hour report of the first three pages, every review platform and every data broker carrying your name — with a removable / suppressible verdict on each result.
Every item with a valid policy or legal basis gets a filing: platform report, publisher request, de-indexing petition or counsel referral.
What cannot come down gets outranked. We build and earn assets strong enough to hold the top ten — and keep them fed.
Profiles claimed, ratings recovered through genuine review flow, business information corrected everywhere it appears.
Daily monitoring, quarterly broker re-checks and a standing escalation path, because reputation problems come back if nobody is watching.
How we work
The reputation industry has a reason for its reputation. Here is the line we hold, in writing, in every contract.
Engagements
Indicative ranges. Your proposal is scoped after the audit, so you are quoting against a real list of results — not a guess.
$2.5k–$5kper month · 3 month minimum
For individuals with one or two damaging results and no owned footprint.
Most requested
$5k–$12kper month · 6 month minimum
For single or multi-location businesses where the rating drives revenue.
$15k+per month · retainer
For active crises, litigation-adjacent matters and organisations under sustained attack.
Questions
Sometimes. A review comes down when it breaks the platform’s rules — it is spam, it comes from a competitor, it is off-topic, it contains a slur or personal information, or it describes an interaction that never happened. A negative review from a real customer describing a real experience is not removable, and we will tell you that on the audit call rather than after you have paid for three months.
Individual sites usually respond within two to six weeks. The complication is syndication: one booking photo is often republished across dozens of aggregators, so the work is finding every copy and filing each one. Most personal engagements clear the visible results within 60 to 120 days, and we keep re-checking after that because copies resurface.
It can, which is why sequencing matters. Publicly arguing in a Reddit thread or a review reply is the fastest way to make it rank higher. We assess reach before we act: if a result has low visibility and high escalation risk, the right move is often suppression alone, and we will recommend that even though it is the smaller invoice.
We guarantee the work and the documentation, not the decisions of Google, Reddit or a publisher. What we do commit to in writing: every filing has a stated legal or policy basis, you see every case number, and if the audit shows we cannot meaningfully move your results, we say so before you sign.
Yes. We sign an NDA before the audit if you want one, we never name clients without written permission, and the case studies on this site are published with consent. Personal engagements are handled by two people, not the whole studio.
Send a request for proposal and you get a 48-hour read on what is removable, what is suppressible, and what nobody can touch.
